HOW TO ORDER

ORDERING ONLINE

To shop with us, you can add items to your cart at any time during your session, by simply clicking the "add to cart" button found below the item you wish to buy. You will then be directed to a secure server provided by PayPal.  If you have never used PayPal please click here to view their policies. Once you add your first item, a shopping cart will be automatically created for you. You may continue to shop for additional items by clicking on the "continue shopping" button. To change the quantity of an item, simply type the correct quantity in the Quantity field on the shopping cart page, and click the "update cart" button at the bottom of the screen. To delete an item, change the quantity to 0 and hit the "update cart" button.

When you are satisfied with the contents of your cart: Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button  You will then be prompted to enter an e-mail address and password. (If you have a PayPal account) If, you do not have a PayPal account click the "Continue". Enter your name and credit card along with your billing address. Select a credit card and enter the card number and expiration date. Enter your Shipping Information if it is different from your billing information Click the "Review Order and Continue" button to send your order You will receive email confirmation that we have received your order.  Your online credit card order transactions are secure, we use the Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry-standard encryption technology that ensures safe internet transactions. When the letters "http" in the URL changes to "https" the "s" indicates you are in a secure area.

ORDER BY FAX

Shop our website  instead of submitting the order, print and fax  your shopping cart contents to 888.770.0266.  Please be sure to include your name, address, telephone, e-mail address, credit card number and credit card verification number. (3 digit number located on the back of your credit card) and expiration date.

ONLINE ORDERS

Paypal will charge your card and email an order confirmation number to you.  If billing or payment questions arise, please contact our Customer Service Department Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Central Time via e-mail by clicking here.

FAX ORDERS

SHIPPING

We offer shipping options within the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico and Overseas.  Our standard shipping is the United States Postal Service (USPS).  Most orders ship within 24 hours and will arrive within 3-5 business days.  Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.

STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGES (48 contiguous states)

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii $2.00 will be added to the above charges

Please use the chart below for shipping rates for International shipping. Upon checkout please select Global Shipping to calculate shipping rate  for Canada, Mexico and Overseas

Delivery times are usually 4-6 days. Please be aware that any order shipped to countries other than the US may incur customs charges upon delivery, as determined by the country of receipt.  The Celtic Cove is in no way responsible or liable for any customs charges that your country may charge before releasing the package.

HASSLE FREE EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Here at The Celtic Cove we want you to be happy with your purchase, if for any reason you are not satisfied we will gladly issue you a full refund or exchange on items returned in their original condition within 30 days of purchase less the cost of shipping.

Credit Card Orders:

We will credit the card on which the original purchase was made for the returned items. You will receive a confirmation via email of this transaction.

Check Orders:

We will issue a check for the item (s) returned within 30 days of their reception in our returns department.

For your security, please return your purchase with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. The Celtic Cove is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Engraved items will not be accepted under any circumstances. Refund excludes shipping fees.

SALES TAX
A sales tax of 8.25% is added to all orders shipped to Texas addresses.   Sales tax is not charged on orders outside Texas.
